I am glad I got a good worker for a "buddy" even if I dont approve of what he does in civil life. We are always done rolling our packs or any thing that we do first because we work togeather. They say we go out again over the weekend. I havent heard anything of getting out of the army yet. If I do get out it will be a mirical. I havent put any stock in anything till it happens. There is oceans of holly growing wild in the woods where we were, it has stickers on it. I would rather see decorations in our home that walk thru it out here in Maryland. Our chow is bad again some one must be making a few dollars on the provisions A lot of christmas packages are coming to the boys, It dont do much good you have to pass it around and it is soon gone. I got a couple army handerkerchief from Colet they were army ones. A fellow asked me where Aldrich Iowa [12-18-42]
