North Africa Dec. 25, 1943 Dearest, - This being christmas day I think it proper to write to the one you think the most of. Got your package yesterday that you mailed Oct 14. it came in good wasn't broken up a bit. we enjoyed the fruit cake last night being christmas eve. we had a good dinner today we have good eats every day here it is much better than I had last christmas I'm not cold like I was at Ft. Meade last year. This paper I am useing is some Beatty
