Saving...
I did a little shopping last night. It was rather a long evening though I had a lot of jobs to keep me occupied. Then I didn't do any house cleansing like I should have. Slept three hours yesterday afternoon and had eleven last night and still didn't have too much. Just catching up from the first part of last week I guess. The minister said this morning that they were already receiving "canned" sermons from the office of La Guardia's home defense. That is really getting going on propaganda fast. Heard from Sue finally. She had been sort of under the weather but not completely down. Overwork I guess winding up her old job and then doing overtime on the new one. She will be home 5 days at Christmas. I don't know what to do re Christmas. When we didn't have that meeting at Ottumwa I lost my chance to ask my supervisor and Mitchell has been gone hunting so I haven't been able to secure permission from anyone to do or not do anything.
