Saving...
Walts Tavern on October 10, and it was 141. Your highest score was in that same game and was 183. I took time out between these paragraphs to get supper. I ate a huge meals. It would have been good sized any time and especially when I was eating alone. I don't like to eat alone but I'd rather eat up here alone than at the cafe. The weather is still mild and same is predicted for tomorrow. For a spell last week I thought we were in for old fashioned winter but not this week. Do you know who WPA will have to operate the new mill? Do you suppose you will get a chance at it before it is ruined? I can hear Mrs. Stenson singing Christmas music. It is really some of the finest music we have and we should certainly use it in the months of December, both before and after December 25. More time out. I just read all the letters you have sent me since I've been in Centerville. Not that I haven't read and reread them before! Maybe I shouldn't burden you by telling in every letter about being lonesome. Since we are of one mind on the problem and are both suffering the same ailment, we will have to plan to the end we can be together? Love, Laura
