Saving...
while I was talking to her how near it was to where you were working as the conversation was held at 3:15 this afternoon. I'm referring the whole deal to Virginia so you may be hearing about it if you see her. Johanna sent me a present today. Of course I'm not opening it until Christmas. Will you describe me your watch? I have now yours and Maurices look mixed up and I'm buying a watch gadget and so don't want to ask him. I guess I told you Sue wrote me. I haven't written to Maurice since we were home, but did write to the folks. It is still so mild one can't believe it is winter. Of course I am enjoying it as I'm not freezing now. The miners here would like it colder as they could sell more coal. All for this time Love, Laura
