Saving...
I should be there by supper time. If weather is bad, there is a train I could get from Mystic - it leaves Mystic at 2:07 and arrives in C. R. 6:55 the days it can keep up with schedule! It was two hours late today. I was over at the apt of two of the visitors this evening making candy, I should have been home doing laundry and housework. At least I have a few pieces of candy if I haven't a clean house! Important things first! I've stopped off at the office to write this so I could get it to the Hotel for tonight's mail. I just discovered yesterday that no mail coaches are on the Sunday trains so that none of the mail I sometimes hurry to get off Sunday evenings ever leaves town! I don't suppose you have ever received any mail on a Monday from, then. Mother writes Bess and Sue will be home. Maurice is there and my Aunt has been. There is always the possibility some of the folks from Minnesota will be down. They will have a full house. Mother usually goes to bed sick after all
