keeping the house in order cleaned up & my lessons prepared. We're getting 112 baby chicks tomorrow, so will have them to see to, too. We're going to brood them in an improvised brooder - an old tub upside down & a kerosene lantern for hear. Have never tried it before - but 'tis said it will work. Ralph is as usual into everything & constantly on the go. But he is growing in stature & wisdom - I don't feel that he need quite such close supervisor as formerly. A few months makes quite a different in a small child. Cecil says she plans to send Scott home for the summer. Guess they can use him alright, & he'll be company for them too. Only hope the child himself doesn't find it too lonely. But
