Saving...
west side of the barn should be done beside other patching. We discussed asbestos vs wood shingles and decided on the wood ones. The cost will be quite a lot but repairs of roofs are allowable under the rules. We were over to Rulas after supper. Colet had a bit time running in the grass. Marvy brought me an offering of beets -- some very small. It was sort of cute the way he did it. Mr. Rula was trimming hedge. They had the house insulated today. Three men worked a long day on it. They put in ventilators on north and south sides. They used rock wool and put it under the roof but not the side walls. Had the fish for breakfast. It has been years since I have eaten fish for breakfast.
