the pudding is mixed. Mix eggs, add sugar and milk. Have ready a deep pot of boiling water and hold the bag with its bottom just touching the water while you pour the mixture into it. Tie the bag tightly at the top with a strong string, for the pudding swells while cooking. Submerge it completely in the water, cover the pot and boil for 20 minutes. Take out, untie, and slide pudding into serving dish. Serve with a sauce of sugar, milk and nutmeg.
