3 eggs (2 for 1/2 recipe) 1/2 tsp. baking powder 2/3 tbsps. melted butter (melt in baking bowl.) Bring milk to boil & cook with corn meal in double boiler at least 30 minutes-45 min, better. Should be very stiff. Add beaten yolks and butter and baking powder and fold in stiffly beaten whites. Bake in moderate oven - not more than 350 degrees for 40 min. Firm enough so it won't sink when touched.
