Sunderland Pudding. 1 pint Cream 4 spoonfuls flour 6 eggs 2 spoonfuls rose water, little nutmeg, butter the bowls, fill half full. Potato Pudding. 3 pints milk 1 pound boiled potatoes 1 ditto sugar 1/2 ditto butter 10 eggs. Apple Pudding No. 1. Take the peel of lemons, boil them in water till the juice is out - take 7 apples stew them in the water stir in a lump of butter + a little cream - 1 nutmeg 7 eggs - sweeten to your taste. Apple Pudding No. 2. 1 pound strained apple 1 ditto sugar 1 pint cream 6 eggs 6 ounces of butter. Bread Pudding No. 2 Grate as much stale bread as will fill a pint bowl. Boil a pint of milk + pour boiling over the bread 3 tablespoons sugar, 2 ditto butter, 4 eggs, eat with sauce.
