Suet Pudding. No. 1. 1 cup suet chopped fine 1 cup raisins 1 cup sour milk 1 large tea spoon salt _ make very thick with flour - steam or bake 1 &1/2 hours. Suet Pudding. Mrs. Dudley. No. 2. 1&1/2 cups molasses 1 cup sweetmilk 1 cup suet chopped fine 3 &1/2 cups flour little cloves & salt 1/2 teaspoon soda in molasses 2 cups fruit- Put into a tin pail & into a kettle of boiling water & boil. Suet Pudding. Etta. No. 3. 1 cup chopped suet 1 &1/2 cup sweetmilk 1/2 cup molasses 3 &1/2 cups flour 1/2 teaspoon soda, a little salt Sauce for the Suet Pudding. No. 1. 2 eggs 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup butter lemon to flavor Cracker Pudding. 4 soda crackers 1 quart milk 2 eggs - lay the crackers in a dish - beat the eggs & season to your taste & pour on the crackers - bake like a custard.
