These people sought my assistence because due to their economic income level they felt they were not being treated right. These people did not feel at ease going to the above services. They sought my assistence not only because of a language barrier, but also sought my assistence to seek the necessary referrals to the right agencies subjected low income and social level , Grocery store, such as George Lawton, Robert Brondel and Johnnies Market, were some of the food stores where people asked my assistence in interpreting, explaining purchases on credit plans and how to establish credit references and how to obtain credit. The parents would ask me to help them establish a communication channel of their needs and ways to eliminate unjust school suspensions.Approx 2 hrs. per week. One of the health/welfare agencies I helped people get health and welfare aid was at the Davenport Catholic Charities which was part of the Davenport Catholic Welfare.
