1. United Way of Scott and Rock Island County Budgeting Committee, 5/76 to 9/76. As a member of Panel VIII, I reveiwed budgets of agencies requesting United Way Funding: analyzed budget allocation and recommended amount of United Way funds. 

2. Awarded Honorary Member of League of United Latin American Citizens for civic work. 

3. Resource person for St. Ambrose College and community schools concerning local history.

4. Keynote speaker for seminars conducted at Marycrest College. 

5. Served Jury Duty for Scott County

6. Fundraiser for L.U.L.A.C. education scholarship.

7. Fundraiser for Palmer Junior College Winter Athletic Program. Utilized public relations skills by contacting business and community organizations. 

8. Captain of Panel II United Way Budget Committee, 5/77 - 9/77.

9. University of Iowa speaker contributing feedback mechanism for the community.
