Now many of these groups are able to gain support of their interests through the power of money. This can be accomplished by steering business to an ally or spending money to employ a professional lobbyist whose sole function is to promote the interests of a moneyed group in City, State and Federal legislative. Returning to minority, they lack all entrenched economic available to the power structure. Therefore, in order to have a voice in public or communities affairs directly affecting them, they have to create their own political power. Through organization.
