If a man is equipped with an adequate education and job training, he will by his own efforts be able to increase his earning power sufficiently to remove himself from poverty. Contrary to what many people may believe the poor do not blame the rich or anybody else for his poverty but they may become angry and resentful at the more fortunate who look down upon them as less than human simply because they have less in the way of material goods and education. And they will show bitterness at those who would close the doors of opportunity and escape from poverty to them simply because of unfounded and unjustifiable prejudices.
