PM Aug 19 1918 Sweetheart,- When we came home from Ernest's last night we were all so sleepy that I didn't write. This morning we are washing, so I'll write a little dab at a time. I just finished clipping the end of flowers. They are keeping wonderfully well and are so pretty. Bless my hubby's heart. I hear your Daddy down stairs. He is leaving today, and I hate to see him go. He's had lots of fun
