Subject is chairman of the Organizing Committee of the 5th Congressional District of Iowa for the Progressive Party. Subject recently denied service at Katz Drug Store, Des Moines, Iowa, and MAURICE KATZ was charged with violation of the Iowa Civil Rights Law and found guilty.
