The surveillance log maintained as a result of this surveillance is being retained in the file of the case of OTTO ANSTROM. Confidential Informant [ ] is information received from Newark, New Jersey, their informant [ ] b2 b7D Confidential Informant [ ] is information received from Chicago, Illinois, their informant [ ] Information from Newark was received by teletype dated 2-10-51 and that from Chicago received in letter dated 5-28-51. L E A D S THE SPRINGFIELD DIVISION At Springfield, Illinois: Will check Illinois licence 1906-259 and ascertain ownership and background of owner. THE OMAHA DIVISION At Des Moines, Iowa: Will continue to follow and report the activities of the subject.
