Meeting was called to order at 8:15 pm.
Officers present were: Henry Cargas president
Joe Padilla Vice Pres. Joyce Jimenez Sec.
Bob Seguara Treas.
Minutes of last board meeting were read
corrected and approved.
Minutes of last monthly meeting were read
corrected and approved.
Correspondence report: A letter was read from
Carlos Chavez sending 30 tickets to conventions.
A letter from Couchita [Benjinita] was read.
[First] letters received by publicity Chairman Ernest
Rodriguez was read.
A thank you note from Mrs. Daniel Segusa.
One from Mrs. [Vinajuras] were read.
Treas. report: Checking acc. $581.36 cash on
bound $118.83 Total $700.19
Planning Comm:: Six women are to be 
admitted free to May 20 dance in good
standing to work in kitchen selling food.
Tickets to be sold to members in good
standing for $1.00. Advanced tickets to be
sold at $1.75 and tickets bought at door
are $2.00.
