Buxton. used the sledge and we eventually got the steel hopper down but on the forth da a piece of steel struck me in my right eye and everytime I would lower the lid of my eye it would scrape and cut going up or down. I never mentioned it to my family and went to work the next day and this time I was called by a friend of mine and two other men to help them dislodge a box car door that was stuck. We all got in unison and gave a yoheave and it broke loose but I had unfortunately got my little finger on the track where the wheels ran. My friend saw me wince and snatch my hand from under the door and ask me what happened. I said the do cut my little finger off and he wanted me to take off my glove; I told him it was too painful now but just wait a little while until until the pain subsides. It was a pleasant surprise when I removed my glove and still had my little fing but the undercarriage had tore my finger nail completely out by the roots. No Doctor in Buxton wanted to assume the responsibility of removing the triangle piece of steel from my eye so a Doctor from Albia said he could remove and he did. This troubled me for quite some tim until a few years later I found out that the list was not given to me in cronological order which should have listed the names according to age so since Aunt Angelina was first and Aunt Tyree was second; I would say that a goo educated guess was: That her first husband must have been a Caucasion. After I made this correction I gave Grandma a clean bill of health with my blessings and an over due apology. Aunt Angie as we as we called her for brevity had lost two husbands and at 75 years she was in courtship with a man that resembled a Hawaiian which was on the obese side but not fat and he owned and operated the 10 Street restaurant. After a few months she and Mr. Jackson got Married. In two or three weeks she came to see my mother who was 20 years younger than her oldest sister. My mother wanted to know how the Honeymoon wa progressing and my Aunt said there was not any Honeymoon and there never was a
