Last night Julie and Fred were over to supper. We had hot cinnamon rolls and jab. That ain't all, but doesn't that sound good? I'm so glad you worried because I had Flu. I simply got well because it was no fun waiting to hear how frightened you were. I remained rather frail and feeble until your first acknowledgment came and then you didn't seem to have grasped the situation. You didn't seem to realize I was dying, Egypt, dying, so I put my thumb on my nose at you and got well at once. If you had worried a lot it would have been lotsa fun. Now that it's all over here comes your letter. Makes me feel that maybe I haint so strong as I mought be, Mebbe I better
