2 that variation does does occur under natural conditions, that it is of common occurrence and in no "infinitesmal degree." It will be shown that individuals and organs vary. The data recorded have been obtained from nine hundred and twenty five specimens that have been selected from eighteen hundred skins of the Snowy Owl. (Nyctea nyctea). Bob White. (Colius virginianus). Man O' War Bird. (Frigata Aquila). Meadow Lark (Sturnilla magna). Canada Goose (Branta canadensis). These are respectinly Solitary and nonmigratory. Gregarious and non migratory. Imperfectly gregarious and non-migratory. Gregarious and imperfectly migratory. Gregarious and migratory. Ten thousand actual measurements were taken and fifteen thousand recorded a portion being taken from the unusually complete and so curate field notes of the collectors.
