[underlined]Euomphalidae.[/underlined] Spirally coiled shell, usually discoid, sometimes slightly elevated; volutions may or may not be in contact; umbilicus visible; outer lip has one or two, rarely three, sinuses, of which the volutions often show only slight traces except as marked by ridges.
