THE BEGINNING--Wednesday's anti-war activities here began peacefully with a march fro the Pentacrest to the National Guard Armory, but on the return trip, civil disobedience began. About 50 persons decided to stage a sit-in at the intersection of Clinton and Burlington Streets and tied up traffic for a brief period. The group then moved downtown where most of the damage was done.
