List arrests of students By a Staff Writer Iowa City, IA. -- At least 15 of 27 persons arrested in connection with the Wednesday night disturbance that grew out of a "peace protest" in Iowa City currently are students at the University of Iowa , according to the 1970-71 Student Directory. Twenty persons were charged with disorderly conduct, including two newsmen covering the disorders. They were: Thomas C. Walsh, reporter for the Iowa City Press-Citizen, and Rick Larson, a free-lance photographer from Cedar Rapids with Iowa Press Association credentials. The two newsmen were standing with a group of reporters and photographers when a policeman asked the group to "move along." Walsh is a U of I junior from Arlington Heights, Ill., and is editor-elect of the Daily Iowan, the U of I student newspaper. Others charged with disorderly conduct were: Steven C. Homma, a U of I freshman from Highland Park, Ill.; James N. Wilson, a sophomore from Boone; Thomas L. Reid of rural Iowa City; Edwin A. Burnett, jr., of Davenport; William F. Hancher, a sophomore from Davenport; Kevin E. Russell of Riverwoods, Ill.; Robert L. Ziegler, a sophomore from Iowa City; Beauford E. Salsbury, a freshman from Iowa City; Charles E. Oliver, a junior from Turin. Also, Jerry F. Full, a freshman from Iowa City; Wesly B. Rasan of Clarinda; Victoria L. Millard, a junior from Woodbine; Edward D. Sayre of Iowa City; Frank G. Conway of Iowa City; Jeffrey C. Horn, a freshman from State Center; Peter J. Middlecamp of Kansas City, Mo., and Mark Nudelman of Iowa City.
