DISMISS LAST PROTEST CASES By a Staff Writer IOWA CITY, IA. - After more than 22 months the final six Iowa City Police Court cases growing out of May, 1970, student disorders were dismissed Friday. Police Judge Joseph Thornton dismissed disorderly conduct charges against six persons ar- ested on May 8, 1970,after police issued orders to clear the University of Iowa Pentacrest area. the six were among more than 220 persons arrested that night during demonstrations here, following the U.S. mili- tary thrust into Cambodia and the killing of six students at Kent (Ohio) state and Jack-son (Miss.) state universities. Although charges against about 200 of these arrested may 8 were dismissed last year, charges remained against 13 persons
