This is to be a very important meeting as far as the direction, action of this particular branch will take, in the future. October 9th is the date set for the Annual Meeting of the Iowa State Conference of Branches. The one-day Workshop meetings will be held at the Hotel Savery in Des Moines, Iowa. This will be the 25th anniversary of the Iowa State Conference and the 50th anniversary of the Des Moines, Iowa, Branch, of the NAACP.
