PM 1/20/1919 Dearest, - Bless Pat if three more letters from you haven't arrived, one of December 9 keeping company with two of December 28 and 30. From the latter two - simply superb they are, sweetheart - I am up to date on your holiday festivities. Mother wrote me about them too. She was having a glorious time with her "homey and domestic" daughter. Only fancy! I'm not very well acquainted with that one, haven't had a chance to see her in a homey atmosphere. But Mother ought to know on that subject. You are developing the pride of a housewife who can make good things to eat and knows it. In consequence I am bring compelled to suffer by hearing
