Father went up to Mrs Gorings to have one of the boys go for Dr James for Elmer he is real sick Lint kept house while we was gone Lint is making her self a new black dress she got for Christmas I am going to bed good night Tues Feb 10 was real cold this morning but got warmer & was a nice sunshiny day the boys halled wood to day I scrubed to day Bill went to Wadena this Eve John Mattocks came home from Forest City to day Mother subscribed for a Book with sanderson to day Wed Feb 11 A nice sunshiny day real warm I washed to day Bob and Becky is here to night we all went to Wilders a while I baked some crackers to day father went to Elgin to day & bought some undershirts (rest illegible)
