sun Nov 8 A lovely day I went to see Linie & stayed all day Mary Wickham started classes to day she gave mother a black sateen apron Linie & I went to see Mrs Larison Liz sent us some nice fresh meat Mon Nov 9 A lovely day I cleaned some of the wood work in the Kitchen Minnie B is here I churned & done lots of other work good night Tues Nov 10 A lovely sunshiny warm day I finished cleaning the Kitchen this fornoon this afternoon I washed & I am affal tiard Mother & I the men are husking corn every day Minnie B is here to night Lina sent us some nice fresh meat Wed Nov 11 A cold cloudy disagreeable day I ironed baked moped & done lots of other work we had our first snow this afternoon but it isent cold Minnie is here to night she stayes here nights (rest illegible)
