Sun Jan 27 a bright day pretty cold roads ice ice Peter Ashliman and family was here this eve Mon Jan 28 a nice day Lena washed I wasent able to help her I did the work it tryed to snow all day at times is snowing this eve hope it will make sleighing Tues Jan 29 snowed all day Mother came home this after noon my back is just terrible to night Wed Jan 30 a bright day but very cold Wallace went over to Elgin got a load of coal us woman have been in the carpet rag buisness all day my back is better this eve
