THE COMET PAGE 9 and the glimmer hurt all eyes -- that is, all except those of Sue. Sue? Sue looked toward the east. Said she: "the sun isn't up yet. I still have time to make it before sundown. There, the sun is just rising. I must go back -- I must." And she started -- not toward the station -- not toward the tracks -- not toward the east -- but she headed straight toward the blackest corner she saw. And in the center stood a man. He was a veritable god. And he stood [[underline]]above[[end underline]] her, [[underline]]for[[end underline]] her. * * * * * * Back in a busy hospital, the doctors stood over the most critical of a recent train wreck. One who had been in a train wreck involving the Atlantic Express. A man entered. He was a handsome, godly carriaged man. And he spoke as he stood over the victim -- over [[underline]]her[[end underline]]. "Sue, Sue --come back to me. you must." The girl murmured. "I must go back. I must!" Then she spoke. "Jerry. I'm so glad to see you. So glad. I had to come back. Maybe I should have stayed, but I had to come back." "Oh darling. I was so worried. But you're all right now.
