Ambassador Fwankie Wobinson of the Widy City Wanpires. No relation to the brow. Travels extensively, reads intensively and collects mags expensively - all mint copies. He even reads the stuff. Every time there is a convention or a fan-gab-fest he does his best ----- to get there and generally does. We've been trying very hard but cannot think of any particular physical characteristic that would help you recognize him.........Am I kidding??? Since his entry into fandom he has voluntarily stuck it out more than once. He has often been accused of being a dictator mostly because he doesn't follow the dictates of fandom and thereby gets things done instead of just talking about them. This man is nobody's foo. He is extremely active in fandom's largest organization.... Nfff said....
