Daugherty announced that ROCKET #2 will appear in the next FAPA mailing. KNAVES, no longer in Palms, now published from Yerke's 1225 Gordon St, Hollywood 38 mailing address 1710 Arizona St, Santa Monica. Laney and Ron Clyne spent Sunday December 26 visiting author Albert DePina and neofan June Harris. Laney incidentally says that all the rumors beclouding DePina are so much feat [?]. Mike Muses: I've been in fandom only a few months; doubtless some fan will think these comments uncalled for. From what I've seen, there is no system by which one fan's views on fan organization and fandom per se can be summed up in a word or two and yet simultaneously made clear to other fen, Don Rogers is a menace to fandom, but he is fascist or radical? Are those who believed fandom's rolls were close at the Denvention also radicals——-or are they staunch conservatives? What about those who believe in one-man rule for national fan organizations like the NFFF? And those who oppose it? There is a crying need for some system of segregating fen according to their beliefs; a political terminology for fandom. MIDGE, the west coast stfnewssheet from Mike & Jike, 657 1/2 Bixel, Los Angeles 14. Edited by Mike & Jike, duplicated by WJDaugherty. 2 copies 5¢, 30-$5
