THE CURSE OF IMMORTALITY By Sam Moskowitz Thoughtfully, silently, the old man paced the floor of the great, magnificent hall, contemplating on the ghosts of past achievements. The hall where once the master of ceremonies had dramatically announced: "Gerald Curry, jack of all trades, master of ---," here he had paused in that moment of tense expecattion which by far transcended any emotion he had ever known in life, and then he continued, "and master of them all."
