Bailey Civil Rights Specialist Washington, D.C. 20590 Dear Mr. Bailey: Enclosed is a copy of the letter to HUD and the list of names attached to a petition which was sent to the Iowa Highway Commission, earlier. I am sorry this list is so long in getting, to you, but I recall that there were several other lists, which I am unable to locate. At the present, we have anumber of petitions, in circulation.
