Please find enclosed herewith a copy of a letter which I received back from Mr. Frazier concerning my inquiry to him about the above-mentioned matter. I have also enclosed the attachment thereto and my reply to him. I believe all is self-explanatory.

I still have not heard back from the Mayor and do not anticipate that I will. Keep me advised and I will do likewise. Thank you for your consideration and attention herein.
