Due to communications difficulties F.C.C. didn't "get the word" and picked them up about a day late - all drifted rapidly (?) eastward. #19 Iowa Loki -- Successful #20 Another constant level balloon flight 200 mh. on 1st of October launching position 75 degrees 04 minutes N 68 degrees 19 minutes W.
