Spent 13 or March & half of 14th at Army Ballistic Missile Agency in Huntsville, Alabama helping plan payload of Juno II (Ernst Stuhlinger, etc) General proposition: 1) Jupiter + 3 high speed solid fuel stages 2) payload 56 lbs. 3) Inclination: 34 degrees assured, 51 degrees (northeasterly shot from Canaveral) under consideration. (Main issue: short range safety of Jupiter as fired across other installations on the Cape) 4) Firing date: 14 October 1958
