These observations are of very great intent and importance with respect to our Pioneer IV observations on 3 March 1959. 3/30/1959 Kinsey Anderson and Co have left for balloon flying in Alaska. Soft radiation, cosmic rays, sporadic events and daytime auroral detection (Anderson, Burrell Mohler and Donald [Enemark?] are the field party.)
