9/22/1959 Promethium exponent 147 beta source 1 mc (similar to lab -425 - 1) Foil with mica window on housing Thallium exponent 204 .. .. 1 mc. similar to design used on item 1. Use [normal/novel?] window on housing (0.001- 0.002 inch thick) Carbon exponent 14 1 mc similar to item 1. Use mylar window on housing. Tritium -- section of tritium foil 1 mc fastened securely to metal disk of same O.D. as other sources.
