3/18/60 James A. Jacobs has recently been approached by Virginia Polytechnic Institute (Blacksburg, Virginia) to be head of their physics department. He just returned from a visit there and told me today that he was rather likely to accept. He and Phyllis will visit there during the spring holiday to formulate a final decision.
