I propose that we should look back at the earth as we go out to get some preliminary knowledge of its radio emission. Since, however, particular interest attaches to the cyclotron emission of trapped electrons, a relatively low frequency measurement would presumably be the most interesting. (~1 mc / second) This plan should probably be developed as a specific enterprise
