MEMORANDUM

TO: STATE CONFERENCE PRESIDENTS, BRANCH PRESIDENTS, YOUTH COUNCILS AND COLLEGE CHAPTERS
FROM: MRS. INA BOON,  DIRECTOR, REGION IV NAACP IB
(1) State Conference Presidents are to be reminded that a meeting with the Executive Director and Branch Department Staff will be held on Saturday, June 28, 1980 at 1:00 P.M. in the Pasteur Room - Fontaine Bleu Hotel (State Conference Presidents only)
(2) The General Counsel, Thomas Atkins, will hold a legal Workshop on Tuesday afternoon, July 1, that deal with School Desegregation, Branches involved with School Desegregation matters should plan to be represented on this occasion.
(3) Branches that forward monies for tickets to the various functions during the convention should pick up their tickets from the office of Mr. Hinton King.
(4) Branches that may have questions regarding the number of members that they have submitted may bring proof to the Convention, i.e. numbers of eligible delegates for your branch.
We look forward to greet you at the First Regional Session on Monday morning, June 30, 1980 at 9:00 a.m. at the Miami Beach Convention Center.
