Box 362 Fort Madison, Iowa 52627 Dear Ms. Harper: First of all, I would like to extend My condolences to the passing of your Mother, and may God Bless You and your Family. I am writing to You to see if the accomadations could still be fulfilled for the arrival of Mr. Leroy Mobley, Director of Prison Programs, on November 11, 1994, by your office? I have spoken with Mr. Mobley on two (2) occasions and He will be arriving on the above date. The ISP Branch will be reimbursing the National Office for the plane ticket, but We would like to ask that your Branch also help Us with this reimbursement, because We will have just paid for our annual Election/Banquet which is scheduled to be held on November 8, 1994, at 1:00 pm. I hope that you will be in attendance! The price of the plane ticket is $450.00 dollars. Also, on November 11, 1994, Mr. Mobley is to meet with Myself, Mr. Paul Quick, Vice President: Mr. Don McSwain, Secretar Treasurer; Mr. Bertrum Burkett; and hopefully You, to discuss the problems that minorities and this Branch is facing at the hands of this administration.
