Page 10 TYCHO he had died, and had taken the "beast-devil" of Pine Island with him. On top of the body of MacGregor lay a creature which resembled nothing less than nightmare. It was the huge distorted body of some gigantic wolf. Motionless, it lay on MacGregor's chest, it's jaws locked in a death-grip that could not be broken. And the men who looked at it, shuddered, and were to remember that scene as long as they lived for though the head was that of a wolf, the face was - even in death - the face of post-inspector Morton. ---------------------------------- FOR SALE: MARVEL TALES March-April 1935 15c John Cergen 221 Melbourne Minnesapolis, Minn. ---------------------------------- FUTURE...of Tycho… We don't want to prophesy too strongly on what the next issue of Tycho will be like. But there are certain things scheduled -- and since we need a filler for this page, we'll list some of the features, or things we plan to have next issue... First: there is a surprise. A very special surprise. It won't be named here, but watch for it next issue! Plans have been laid and it'll be a really worthwhile wait, I assure you. And there is the cover. There just possibility might be another litho on next issue's cover, but if not, color-mimeography will be employed. I couldn't say who the artist will be, but probably Morrie Dollens, Phil Bronson, Art Osterlund, or Sherman Schultz -- and that's a fairly large list to pick from. Controversy! by the Ghould I suspect will be back, but -- it might not be who you think it is! I'll not offer any long explanation why it was advertised that Bronson was to do it, but -- Anyway, I hope it'll be back, and slightly enlarged... We have on hand a few articles, but none outstanding. So, please remember us if ever you bat out an article. Fiction is ok until you get too much of it, and there is a slight stock on hand. However, no off-trail or unusual stuff will be rejected, you may be sure, so it might be worthwhile to submit such fiction here. And there might be a new column altogether, in the ish to be dated Ausut -- out on July 25th, if we're on time... ...jlg
