two -- The YWCA and YMCA swimming pools -- categorically said that "There is no discrimination or segregation" in any of their activities. Thus 21 percent of those surveyed suggest that their amusement facilities are open equally to Negro and white people alike. 
   On the other hand, in addition to the 55 percent who positively refuse to serve Negroes, there are another 18 percent who definitely place limitations on the use of their facilities by Negroes. They either restrict service to them to out-going orders, to hours beyond the usual business periods or on a segregated basis. Two establishments answering "yes" actually said that they "would rather not" serve Negroes. The four theaters included
