(6) rec'd a call for induction - draft bd. had wrong birth date for him, thus wrong lottery no. (7) Has phys problems & is called for pre induction phys.

Tuesday : 4/13 (1) Medical out of air force ROTC - he's been activated
(2) CO denied no reasons - also taking pre-induction physical
(3) Medical info on height & weight
(4) II-S - & psychological hardship. III-A.
(5)  - Medical - high blood pressure. - going to to drop. below 12 hrs - wants to retain II-S.
(6) - Question on II-S.
(7) - Psychological  & 1-Y - pre-induction cancelled.
(8) - 19 - D.B. Chicago - wanted 2-S back.
