PROGRAM TWO HOUR PROGRAM 7:30 Introduction: welcome, brief rep on handout especially emotional security program schedule, layout of park etc. intro performer 7:40 Music: songs Reclaim the night, Winnie and Sam, Women in Arms, Emily 7:50 Intro to Speak Out: Emotional Security, facilitators, how to split up groups and come together 8:00 Speak out: 8:10 8:20 8:30 (for the 1 1/2 hour program speak out would end here) 8:40 (for the 1 1/2 hr. prog. closure and music here till 8:55 then the incite) 8:50 CHANT* see Questions* 99:00 Some kind of closure speech, words and music 9:10 Music: Mountain Song, I Am My Own Cause, Fight Back, Still Anit Satisfied 9 9:20 Incite to March 9:30 OR Questions: What are we going to chant? At the intro broad definition of violence Can Michal sing? Should there be an announcement Board? What about a T-Shirt Table? Notes: Don't forget to put program schedule into the packet? For the 1 and 1/2 hour program the Speak out would end with the Chant at 8:30. The closure would run from 8:30-8:40, Music and incite till 9:00. Then March. Things to think about: is that too cramped. Where cna we cut if so. Do we want to cut or to extend to two hours tentaively, but expect to run short.
